For trips under 2 miles, we charge a flat rate of $10.

Sorry, but we do not allow customers to give personal errands or extra instructions beyond what was submitted in the form.

Please do not ask them to stop at additional stores, buy other items, or run personal errands. If you forgot something, just submit a new form.

No. Kodiak Rides is a pickup and delivery service β we are not personal shoppers or assistants.
The item must be paid for, prepared, and ready for pickup under your name. The driverβs job is only to pick it up and drop it off β thatβs it.

If your item isnβt ready, please wait to submit the form. We do not run errands, hold tabs, or wait around.
For everyone's safety and clarity, we do not allow direct communication with drivers during active deliveries.
