You can start placing your order after 8:00 PM for next-day delivery.

We operate from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Yes, we deliver to areas outside Kodiak city as long as your location is accessible by vehicle.

For trips under 2 miles, we charge a flat rate of $10.

For longer distances, we follow a metered system similar to taxi fares:

Yes. You will receive a confirmation message with estimated pick-up time and cost. Please wait for it before expecting the driver.

Sorry, but we do not allow customers to give personal errands or extra instructions beyond what was submitted in the form.

Our drivers follow strict delivery routes and time windows to serve everyone fairly.

Please do not ask them to stop at additional stores, buy other items, or run personal errands. If you forgot something, just submit a new form.

🚫 Unscheduled requests may be politely declined by the driver.

No. Kodiak Rides is a pickup and delivery service β€” we are not personal shoppers or assistants.

The item must be paid for, prepared, and ready for pickup under your name. The driver’s job is only to pick it up and drop it off β€” that’s it.

🚫 Please do not submit instructions asking the driver to go inside and figure it out, pay for something, or communicate with store staff on your behalf.

If your item isn’t ready, please wait to submit the form. We do not run errands, hold tabs, or wait around.

For everyone's safety and clarity, we do not allow direct communication with drivers during active deliveries.
