📦 What kinds of items can I send for delivery?

We deliver groceries, household items, lightweight appliances, small electronics, and more.
We do NOT accept tobacco, liquor, vapes, firearms, high-value or fragile items.

📅 How soon will my delivery be picked up?

Same-day delivery is our standard. Most requests are picked up within 1–3 hours, depending on traffic, weather, and queue.

📦 When can I place an order?

You can start placing your order after 8:00 PM for next-day delivery.

⏰ Delivery Hours:

We operate from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

🚫 Closed on Sundays

⚠️ If we’re fully booked, we will close the form and post an update on Facebook.

📍 Do you deliver outside Kodiak city?

Yes, as long as your location is accessible by vehicle. Additional mileage fees may apply for areas outside the main town.

📐 How much does delivery cost?

For trips under 2 miles, we charge a flat rate of $10.

For longer distances, we follow a metered system similar to taxi fares:

• 🚗 Base Fare: $4.85
• 📏 Plus: $3.00 per mile

Example: A delivery that travels 4 miles would cost:
$4.85 base fare + (4 × $3.00) = $16.85

💡 You may use Google Maps or any free map tool to estimate the distance between your pickup and drop-off locations.

🧾 Will I get a confirmation after submitting the request?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation message with estimated pick-up time and cost. Please wait for it before expecting the driver.

We ask all customers to treat drivers with kindness and respect at all times. Rudeness, yelling, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
