• 📦 This is a SAME-DAY delivery service for regular household, grocery, and lightweight appliance needs.
• ✅ Furniture and appliances are accepted as long as each item weighs 40 pounds or less.
• 📺 TVs up to 40 inches only are allowed.
• 🚗 Multiple trips are possible for larger quantity orders — subject to schedule and availability.

• ❗ If you choose to send fragile or sensitive items, Kodiak Rides will not be held responsible for any damages during handling or delivery.
• You assume full risk. This has been clearly stated before booking.

❓ Can I ask you to shop or find items for me?

🚫 No. Kodiak Rides Delivery does not provide personal shopping services or run-around errands.
Our drivers do not enter stores to shop or look for items on your behalf.

❗️ We only pick up items that are fully ready, packed, and waiting to be picked up.

• ✅ Already paid for and ready for pickup
• ✅ Clearly labeled or packed for release
• ✅ Under your name or confirmation number

If your item isn’t ready, please don’t book yet. Make sure everything is settled with the store or business before requesting pickup.

🚫 Do not instruct our drivers to do errands, wait inside, or “figure it out” with staff. That’s not part of the service.
